French FA chief, sports minister call for joint action to fight homophobia
The head of the French Football Federation and the country's sports minister have promised to work together in attempts to stop homophobia in the country's stadiums, bringing to an end a very public disagreement.
French sports minister Roxana Maracineanu and FFF president Noel Le Graet released a joint statement in which the latter «affirmed his commitment to the sports minister in the fight against all forms of discrimination».
