«Empire» Actor Jussie Smollett Hospitalised After Homophobic Attack

Chicago Police have confirmed details of the racist, homophobic attack, which they are treating as a hate crime.

«Empire» star Jussie Smollett is currently in the hospital following an attack where two men assaulted the actor, poured bleach on him, put his head in a noose and yelled, «This is MAGA country», TMZ reports.

Sources directly connected to Smollett told TMZ that the attack happened around 2 a.m. in Chicago while the actor was on his way to Subway to get some food. The sources said that when he walked out, someone yelled, «Aren’t you that faggot ‘Empire’ n*****?»
