
Gov. Tony Evers orders gay pride flag to fly over Wisconsin Capitol
U.S Gov. Tony Evers has ordered a rainbow flag symbolising gay pride to be flown over the Wisconsin state Capitol for the second time in state history, the first time was in 2019.
In celebration of Pride Month, the rainbow pride flag has been raised above the Wisconsin State Capitol for the second time in state history.
The flag was raised over the East Wing of the Capitol building at 1 p.m. Friday and will fly until sunset June 30, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
