Duncan James admits Simon Webbe was the first to know about his sexuality

The boyband star turned Hollyoaks actor confessed all to Simon Webbe first.

The singer came out in 2012 after previously coming out as bisexual in 2009 – and it took some Dutch courage before he could tell his mum about his secret boyfriend.

“When I told Simon Webbe, he encouraged me to speak to my mum, who was in LA with me in a hotel at the time,” he told OK! magazine, according to Mirror.co.uk.
