Lesbian couple’s custody fight with two gay men who donated sperm
A lesbian mother and her partner became embroiled in a custody fight with two gay men who had donated sperm so they could all jointly raise the same child, it has been revealed.
The two men and two women, all from New York, had planned to have a baby and then share out parenting duties evenly throughout the year.
But the arrangement ran into problems within a year of the child being born – and the two couples ended up in court.
