Gay couple told to leave U.S swimming pool ‘because they were kissing’

Police in the U.S are investigating after a gay couple claimed they were thrown out of a swimming pool for kissing.

Brandon Roper and his boyfriend Giuseppe Cellura say they were confronted by a pool attendant at the Tehama Ridge pool in Fort Worth, Texas and allegedly told that kissing was banned.

But Mr Roper challenged the ruling, saying heterosexual swimmers, including his sister and her boyfriend, were not being subjected to the same rule.
