HRC President Joe Solmonese to Depart in Early 2012
The co-chairs of the Human Rights Campaign Board of Directors and the HRC Foundation Board yesterday announced that HRC President Joe Solmonese has informed the boards that he will not renew his contract which expires March 31, 2012. Solmonese will remain at the helm of the organisation until the completion of his contract to ensure a smooth leadership transition.

HRC to Open “Pop-up” Action Center and Store in Palm Springs

Opening on January 28, the Action Center and Store will operate through Memorial Day weekend, serving as a catalyst for LGBT activism for thousands of Coachella Valley residents and tourists.

Lesbian tries to inseminate wife with brother’s sperm
A woman who allegedly intended to artificially inseminate her wife with her brother’s semen has been charged with domestic assault and battery.
