Jose Julio Sarria, founder of the International Court System, Passes Away
One of America’s gay rights pioneering leaders, José Julio Sarria, passed away Monday morning quietly in his home in New Mexico. He was 91. Funeral and Memorial Service arrangements will be announced by the Imperial Court of San Francisco.
