«The Lost Feral Tapes» from 2014 now available on digital platforms for the first time ever!
Here’s what Cindy Emch has to share about the album to MySoCalledGayLife.co.uk: «Many years ago I was in between bands and had a handful of tunes that were trying hard to bust out of my heart. Taking to heart the Carolyn Mark idiom that ‘touring musicians are feral’ I gathered up a group of my favorite folks and recorded an EP that Sean Malroy produced for me, and the first Emchy (later Secret Emchy Society) album was born».
The band has just unveiled their very first album, «The Lost Feral Tapes», originally from 2014, now available on digital platforms for the very first time!
Lead singer Cindy Emch, sometimes known as the «First Lady of Queer Country» is known for her distinct voice and ability to blend Americana, California Country, Hellbilly, Goth, and Honky Tonk, spinning radically distinctive tales from her singular perspective.
