LGBTQ flags in Jerusalem cause row among city’s officials
After forcing the U.S. embassy to remove an LGBTQ banner, Jerusalem deputy mayor says there is no need to hang Gay Pride flags throughout the capital since the Pride Parade has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
Arieh King said on Wednesday that in light of the cancellation of this year’s Jerusalem Pride Parade, it was unnecessary for the rainbow coloured flags to be displayed across the city, yNetNews reports.
