Only In America : 7th Circuit Rejects Argument that Sexual Orientation is Covered Under Title VII
Today, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), America’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) civil rights organisation, released the following statement in response to a decision by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals rejecting the argument that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects against discrimination based on sexual orientation.
