NC Lawmakers Double Down with “HB 2.0” Legislation
Today, the Human Rights Campaign and Equality NC blasted the leadership of the North Carolina House of Representatives for proposing legislation that doubles down on the state’s anti-LGBTQ law passed in March, known as HB 2.

HRC Hails Federal Judge’s Decision to Block Part of H.B. 1523 in Mississippi
Today, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), America’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) civil rights organisation, lauded U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves’ decision to block a provision of Mississippi’s discriminatory and harmful H.B. 1523 that would allow county clerks to deny same-sex couples from obtaining marriage licenses.

Politicians, Gay Rights Groups Calls on FDA to Lift Blood Donor Ban
Gay rights groups and members of Congress called on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to reverse the guideline that bars gay and bisexual men from donating blood unless they abstain from sex for one year.
