Legislation to Remove Unfair Taxation of Health Benefits Puts Families First
The Human Rights Campaign, the America’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organisation, today thanked Reps. Jim McDermott (D-WA), Richard Hanna (R-NY), Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) for putting families first by reintroducing the bipartisan Tax Parity for Health Plan Beneficiaries Act in the U.S. House of Representatives.
